As I specialize in decor, and have a large inventory of specialized wedding rentals, I always give my brides a gift of decor when they book any package with me. This means that I bring beautiful candleholders or large floral arrangements for free to help decorate the wedding. The level of the gift depends on the package chosen. As an example, for a Fall/October wedding theme I did this last fall, the bride booked me for "The Day Of Coordination", and rented some items from me. As her gift, I rented chocolate table linens and brought custom fall plaid and orange overlays for all the tables, as her venue only offered off-white linens. I also do a lot more things than are actually listed in the packages. For example, "Design and them advice" could include a trip to a supply store with you to pick out colors, items, and having lots of personal discussions to come up with beautiful decor that reflects your's and your fiance's tastes and hopes for your wedding. I have so many items in my office/showroom that can give you lots of ideas, so a first meeting there is a wonderful way for you to get a feeling of what it is I do. This first meeting is always complimentary, lasts from one to two hours, and you will come away with great ideas and advice for your wedding. I've also been known to throw in crystals for the tables and/or floral arrangements, for the bride who loves her bling!

When working on colors, flowers, themes, etc., I will do a mock up table (or two or three) for you to see, making different sized and styled arrangements in permanent florals. Using these, we meet at my favorite rental company, and you will see your tablescapes, done in your colors, complete with table linen choices, china, glassware, flatware, candles, the florals, etc. Almost all florists will charge you for this service, but I do it as part of the freebies in your Coordination Package! No other Wedding & Event Coordinator in the San Francisco Bay Area offers this chance to see various tablescapes in your colors and style...done in real life and for free! The value I offer is priceless!
